Katie Burnett is an associate in the Complex Commercial Disputes practice group.
I represent businesses from a diverse range of industries, including health care, financial services and commercial real estate, in a variety of civil litigation matters in both state and federal court. I help to ensure cases run smoothly by assisting in all phases of litigation, including drafting complaints, conducting discovery and preparing for trial.
With the rapid changes in technology, I will be following the developments in data privacy laws, from cybersecurity to the storage and use of individuals’ personal data, and how clients can adequately protect themselves and their consumers.
