What do you focus on?

A significant portion of my practice involves guiding clients through complex mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, financing transactions and global expansion initiatives. I also have over 20 years of public finance experience, serving as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, bank counsel and borrower’s counsel on public and private, taxable and tax-exempt bond offerings in North Carolina, Illinois and Florida.

Having worked as a commercial lender before attending law school, I bring a practical business perspective to each deal I work on.

What do you see on the horizon?

I think we will continue to see technological innovations focused on personalized health care delivery and solutions.
