Chad Devlin is a litigator and member of the Complex Commercial Disputes practice group, representing clients in an array of disputed matters. Chad is particularly skilled in effectively and practically resolving difficult legal issues in a manner that appreciably furthers client interests.
I represent clients in federal and state trial courts and other tribunals in a range of complex commercial litigation matters. I have also represented insurers in insurance-related matters including coverage, claim determinations, interpleaders, bad faith, and breach of contract. Regardless of the context of my work, my client’s goals are paramount, and I continuously work alongside them to achieve positive progression and completion.
