Colleen Durawa is a paralegal in the Commercial Litigation practice group and deals mostly with insurance defense, health care litigation and a substantial amount of railroad (FELA) litigation.
Ms. Durawa is experienced in the drafting of correspondence and pleadings, motions, deposition summaries, medical records requests and medical chronologies; in addition to analyzing and preparing documents for discovery. Her responsibilities include scheduling of depositions, handling electronic filings with courts, trial preparation and upkeep of client extranets. Ms. Durawa is experienced with and uses several litigation software tools to manage cases, i.e., CaseLogistix, Concordance, Summation, and CaseMap.
Colleen worked as a legal secretary for 25 years in the litigation field, and was a Case Assistant in 2004 before becoming a Paralegal in 2006.
