John Erwin is a partner in the M&A and Corporate Transactions practice group and a member of our Life Sciences Industry team. John works primarily with clients in the health care and life sciences industries, including health care providers, technology companies and industry leading global corporations. He also works with clients in the industrial and service industries.
I represent public and private businesses on a wide range of corporate issues, including strategic mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other complex commercial transactions, both domestically and internationally.
My work has involved numerous bio transactions in the life sciences space. My work has also involved corporate advice for companies in a variety of industry sectors.
In the health care space, I guide clients through the complex health care regulatory environment, provide compliance advice and negotiate managed care contracts and other agreements.
