Jenna Fagerman is a commercial litigator who represents both individuals and businesses in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts nationwide.
I advise and represent clients in a broad range of commercial disputes, including claims for breach of contract, fraud and deceptive trade practices, misuse of intellectual property, and product liability defense.
I am involved with all phases of litigation, including investigation, discovery diligence and management, motion practice, deposition preparation, and trial management. I strive to develop a deep understanding of my clients’ industries to ensure cases run smoothly and efficiently in order to maximize value for them.
My experience includes working with clients in the construction, health care, manufacturing, and life sciences industries. I represent clients in a variety of disputes that have gone to mediation, arbitration, and to trial.
