Mariana Fradman is a paralegal working with the Real Estate and Affordable Housing practice groups. She has over twenty years of real estate experience. Her previous experience includes paralegal positions with several large NYC law firms.
I coordinate, implement and assist in closing real estate transactions. I make sure transactions stay on track and run efficiently by obtaining and reviewing due diligence documents, which include purchase and sale agreements, leases, clearing (negotiating) title proforma policies, title commitments, surveys, P2Rs, lien searches, corporate and loan documents, managing checklists, drafting deeds, transfer documents, and closing statements. I also assist in an extensive array of post-closing matters. In addition, I am experienced in lease abstracts, drafting UCCs, forming different types of entities, preparing officer certificates, resolutions, and incumbency certificates, filing annual and bi-annual reports, and other areas of corporate governance.
As our economy stabilizes, I look forward to working on transactions that will transform and preserve affordable housing and assist low-income, impoverished communities to rebuild their neighborhoods and extend incorporation of renewable energy projects into communities across the country.
