Sarah Harris-John is a paralegal in the Intellectual Property Litigation group. She is responsible for case management, organizing and reviewing discovery, maintaining extranet databases and assists in reviewing documents for purposes of production.
Today I focus on maintaining my client’s confidential information. Over the past seven years I have developed a solid foundation of litigation experience. I have extensive trial experience and I am routinely assigned to document-intense cases due to my organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a high paced environment. Recently I assisted in defending my client’s IP rights in the District of Massachusetts, where the jury ruled in favor of our client.
I’ve been following trends in E-Discovery and vendor capabilities with respect to innovative software review tools.
