What do you focus on?

I counsel public and private companies on corporate and business law matters, with a focus on providing strategically drafted agreements, organizational documents and resolutions. Working with companies in a variety of industries, including food and beverage, technology and life sciences, I assist clients by providing early risk detection and due diligence in middle- and upper-market M&A transactions.

What do you see on the horizon?

Traditional models of transacting business will be challenged by the effects of new technologies, market disruptors and continuing segmentation. Attorneys must be able to identify and understand potential risks and proactively advise our clients.
