Tina is an associate with Nixon Peabody’s Complex Commercial Disputes practice group. She represents individuals and corporations in a wide variety of matters.
I focus my practice on commercial disputes in both state and federal courts, representing clients in a diverse range of industries. I am heavily involved throughout the process of each matter, from pre-trial motions and discovery to trial and appeals.
I have been following developments in the way electronically stored information (ESI) can impact a case. More frequently we are finding ways to use ESI beyond its face-value content, which has completely changed how we approach the discovery process. It is important to keep up with the developments and learn how to utilize ESI to our advantage by allowing it to paint a more complete picture and help us solve complex puzzles.
