Jason Kim is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Real Estate group and represents clients in a broad array of complex commercial real estate transactions.
My practice focuses on counseling clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. I have experience representing institutional investors, national developers, and asset managers in connection with acquisition, disposition, and financing of various real estate assets — including multifamily housing, industrial properties, and mixed-use projects. I routinely draft and negotiate conveyance documents, conduct property diligence review, and assist with project equity transfers and special purpose entity formations.
With greater competition in the housing market, I expect to see an increased demand for multifamily and mixed-use housing projects.
