My practice focuses on providing corporate and nonprofit clients with strategically crafted agreements that achieve their unique business goals. I work to meet their day-to-day needs, such as drafting resolutions, conducting due diligence and other tasks. Additionally, I help corporate clients plan and execute the formation, restructure or dissolution of their businesses.
As we continue to see the far-reaching consequences of the financial crisis, I believe the regulatory environment will continue to present new challenges to businesses. I’m excited to engage with clients to provide solutions and strategies for navigating a new and complex marketplace.
