Lauren Maynard

Lauren Maynard is a litigator and a member of Nixon Peabody’s Government Investigations and White Collar Defense practice group.

What do you focus on?

I represent companies and individuals in all stages of government investigations and criminal and civil litigation. I have experience representing companies and individuals in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries facing investigations under the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback statute, among others. I also represent clients in complex commercial litigation.

What do you see on the horizon?

The federal government continues to prioritize white collar fraud. Companies should ensure that they have strong compliance programs in place, and should be prepared to react to investigations from both state and federal governments, as well as from individuals.
