Neal R. Pandozzi

Neal Pandozzi is a member of Nixon Peabody’s Public Finance group. He serves as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, disclosure counsel, borrower’s counsel, lender’s counsel and trustee’s counsel in a wide variety of bond transactions.

What do you focus on?

I focus my practice on five main areas—revenue bond transactions for 501(c)(3) corporations, water and wastewater financings, renewable energy and energy efficiency financings, infrastructure financings and tax-exempt leases.

What do you see on the horizon?

As a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, I monitor the latest trends in the area of public finance in order to help clients anticipate and capture opportunities, prepare for and manage risks and forecast and overcome obstacles.
