Rebecca Prybell is an associate in the Affordable Housing practice group. She works with affordable housing clients across the country on regulatory and transactional matters involving multifamily affordable housing ownership, development, financing, enforcement, rehabilitation and preservation.
I work with clients on all areas of affordable housing ownership from acquisition to preservation. I also assist clients facing enforcement action from the federal government.
My previous experience as an attorney in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of General Counsel provided me knowledge and understanding of the federal programs relevant to multifamily program participants.
As the availability of traditional sources of funding continues to tighten, efforts to rehabilitate and preserve affordable housing will require more creative and complex solutions to be successful.
