Gail Rosner is a paralegal in the Complex Commercial Disputes group and has more than 30 years of experience as a trial specialist in the areas of patents, trademarks, antitrust, and general commercial litigation.
Gail has been involved in over 35 trials and arbitrations, spanning more than 15 states. Most recently, Gail spent 16 years participating in patent matters before the federal courts and federal circuit court of appeals. She has extensive experience taking a matter from discovery through appeal.
I assist in all facets of case management and development. I also handle various projects, including factual investigations, drafting various pleadings and discovery documents, reviewing briefs, preparing files for depositions as well as court hearings, arbitration, and trial, and managing complex litigation.
Clients have a wide variety of issues, each presenting a unique challenge requiring expert organization and efficiency in today’s economic climate. I see the future of litigation supporting a greener earth with its shift towards a paperless system of organization. Proficiency using e-discovery tools, document management systems, and other research databases will become even more critical to keep complex commercial disputes compartmentalized for more effective representation.
