Nicholas Santoro represents developers, property purchasers and sellers, and property owners and tenants on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
I enjoy working side-by-side with our clients to bring their development plans to fruition. But, I particularly appreciate the opportunity to work on local projects that help shape the Long Island community. To see how a new construction or redevelopment project positively impacts the surrounding neighborhood is immensely rewarding. To this end, I focus my practice in a couple of specific areas.
My practice covers all stages of purchase and sale transactions, from preparing and drafting documents, through negotiations and closing. I represent major developers, startup enterprises and nonprofit entities by counseling them on purchase and sale agreements, performing title review, due diligence and other site acquisition services.
I also work with landlords, tenants and property owners in various commercial and retail leasing matters—negotiating, drafting and amending commercial, retail and industrial leases.
I see a lot of development, acquisition and leasing opportunities in the growing demand for “Class A” commercial property in the New York City and Long Island areas.
