My practice focuses on representing businesses from a diverse range of industries in civil litigation matters. I help clients with contractual disputes, product liability actions and other business-related litigation. I also serve clients in litigation-focused environmental matters. I handle research and strategy in the defense of property damage claims in the context of environmental remediation as well as research and evaluation of available defenses against CERCLA claims.
With the continued globalization of business and the law, it is more important than ever for lawyers to maintain a global perspective in order to provide effective and efficient litigation services to clients.
