Jeniffer Taylor

Jeniffer Taylor is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Labor & Employment practice group. She represents clients in a range of labor and employment matters.

What do you focus on?

My practice focuses on representing employers in various employment disputes in both federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies. My experience includes coordinating discovery productions and reviews and drafting dispositive motions in federal and state court.

My experience as a federal court clerk allows me to effectively serve clients, including advising them before the inception of a dispute and aggressively defending them in litigation.

What do you see on the horizon?

I’ve been following developments in both state and federal regulations regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. I foresee increased lawsuits brought by employees relating to protections in the workplace. Employers should understand their rights and obligations under these changing laws, and aim to identify and minimize their exposure to potential litigation.
