Nate Vander Wal is a department attorney in the firm’s Real Estate group, representing clients in a variety of real estate matters.
I have represented clients in connection with the development of a myriad of commercial projects. Predominately, however, my practice is focused on the telecommunications industry, helping commercial and public utility clients with their planning and zoning needs, including compliance with applicable land use regulations and appearing before municipal boards to receive the approvals/permits necessary for the development and construction of their facilities.
My practice involves the drafting, review and negotiation of a variety of commercial and residential leases, representing both property owners and tenants, with a substantial focus on medical office leases.
Our world depends on the ability to stay connected—wirelessly—and demand in this regard will only increase. New, faster and more reliable forms of wireless technologies will replace the existing infrastructure. Our work in the telecommunications field will be vital in ensuring that people are connected with their world, everywhere they live and work.
