Franz Wright is a litigator, trial lawyer and member of Nixon Peabody’s Complex Commercial Disputes practice group. He represents clients in a wide range of disputed matters and is skilled in effectively resolving difficult legal issues.
I represent clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts on a range of litigation matters including construction, cybersecurity and data privacy, manufacturing, higher education, and financial disputes.
My trial practice and alternative dispute resolution experience, including arbitrations and mediations, helps me assist clients in navigating all phases of litigation, including drafting complaints, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial. I take this understanding into all that I do when it comes to high-quality client service and cost-effective representation.
I defend companies and individuals being investigated by governmental agencies, including U.S. Attorneys’ Offices and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
With the advent of numerous emerging technologies, attorneys need to not only be able to respond to client needs, but predict potential conflicts and complications. I will continue following developments in data privacy laws, from cybersecurity to the storage and use of individuals’ personal data.
