Bohao Zhou is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s M&A and Corporate Transactions group.
I counsel public and private companies on a variety of corporate matters, with a focus on the areas of securities law, corporate governance and mergers and acquisition. Prior to joining Nixon Peabody, I worked at a global law firm’s New York office representing issuers and underwriters in corporate finance transactions, including initial public offerings and other public and private offerings of debt and equity securities.
M&A and capital markets deal activities will remain high as they keep pace with the growing U.S. economy, but developing global events will have potential impacts in this space.
