On June 23, the United Kingdom voted to withdraw from the European Union. This historic event, known as the “Brexit” will have major implications for not only UK companies but any company doing business in the UK. Almost immediately following the vote, the pound hit its lowest level in more than three decades and dampened markets worldwide.
