Roxanne Costello has over 10 years of firm paralegal experience in multiple phases of real estate transactions, financing, contracts, and lease negotiations. Roxanne has also worked on the lender, developer, and contactor side of construction and real estate transactions.
I work with equity investors and syndicators, in acquisition rehabilitation and new construction deals across the United States. I review real estate due diligence, including but not limited to, title and survey, management agreements, corporate documents, and manage closing logistics to support clients in acquiring federal and state housing tax credits.
I see tax credits continuing to be utilized to capitalize on our clients’ financial goals while revitalizing and developing communities and supporting low-income families, special needs populations, and seniors.
