    My focus

I counsel and represent clients through all stages of complex civil litigation, including trial and appeal, in state and federal courts across the country. I have authored successful motions and briefs and my experience includes conducting in-depth legal research and analysis, discovery management, depositions, and trial preparation.

I strategically tailor and develop litigation strategies aimed at achieving the best outcome for the clients I assist in a number of different industries, including the food and beverage, healthcare, media, financial services, automobile, and pharmaceutical sectors. Additionally, I advise individual and corporate clients on the best practices for litigation risk management and have experience in alternative dispute resolution forums, including arbitration and mediation.

I also maintain an active pro bono practice, which has included successfully representing third-party caregivers in adoption proceedings and low-income tenants facing illegal housing conditions.

    Looking ahead

We have seen the increased use of virtual forums in trials and court proceedings in the last few years, and I believe that this continued shift will result in the implementation and use of new technologies aimed at providing efficiency throughout the litigation process.

She also previously worked as an associate in the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, where she assisted with investigations and enforcement actions involving unfair and deceptive trade practices, false advertising, and violations of state consumer protection laws.
