Diana Girgis is a paralegal in Nixon Peabody’s Intellectual Property group.
I support attorneys and clients in the Intellectual Property practice group. I have over ten years of experience specializing in patent protection and enforcement. I can assist with all patent litigation and prosecution matters, such as docket and calendar management and electronic filing, which includes new application filings, information disclosure statements, amendments, and missing parts filing to the U.S. Patent/Trademark Office (USPTO). I also specialize in inter partes reviews and post-grant reviews with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and filings with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
It is my hope that the further I dive into the patent litigation world, the more I can be hands-on in the trial process and continue to add to my portfolio in the IP world.
