Lara A. Greenberg is a member of our Global Finance Group and part of our Corporate Trust team. She focuses her practice on the representation of major financial institutions and trust companies in their roles as trustees, custodians, administrators, and agents.
I advise financial institutions in connection with corporate trust and agency services provided in a variety of capital markets transactions. I regularly represent indenture trustees, owner trustees, administrative agents, collateral agents, escrow agents, custodians, and other service providers in all types of financial transactions and various product lines, including mortgage-backed securities (MBS) and asset-backed securities (ABS), project finance matters, and lending facilities. I am experienced in representing financial institutions in the entire lifecycle of securitizations involving a variety of different asset classes, including credit card receivables, auto loans, student loans, consumer loans, business loans, and commercial mortgages. I also leverage my prior bankruptcy litigation experience in related litigation, bankruptcies, and restructurings.
I also volunteer as a pro bono child’s attorney in abuse and neglect proceedings pending before state courts and was the recipient of the 2019 Pro Bono Attorney Award from Lawyers for Children America. I am a current board member of the Council for Children’s Rights.
Our team is consistently monitoring developing trends in the market that impact corporate trustees in the structured finance market so that we are prepared to anticipate their needs and help grow their business.
