Pierce Han is a partner in Nixon Peabody’s Securities, M&A, and Corporate Transactions group, where he works with clients on a broad range of matters including federal securities laws, mergers and acquisitions, and international commercial transactions.
I regularly advise publicly traded companies on compliance with federal securities laws and stock exchange rules, SEC reporting and disclosure issues, and corporate governance matters.
