Reese Hayward is an associate in the Healthcare group. He represents healthcare providers, health systems, and direct-to-consumer health companies in various transactional and regulatory matters.
I focus on transactional and regulatory matters for healthcare providers and systems in the industry, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships, managed care contracting, government investigations, and other strategic transactions.
I expect a continuing adaptation of the general public welcoming technology into their daily health regiments. As federal and state agencies shift their focus to allow for the financially feasible adoption of health technologies, I anticipate seeing further innovations in the IoT and data collection spaces to increase the quality of care and best outcomes for patients.
