My practice is primarily centered around the protection of intellectual property and the enforcement of contractual rights. I represent businesses in a diverse range of complex matters involving intellectual property disputes, enforcement of non-competition agreements, trade secrets enforcement, breach of contract claims, and a variety of other business torts. I have experience successfully litigating matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts in both New York and California, as well as in arbitration and mediation. My wide-ranging practice allows me to handle a variety of commercial disputes, while my experience guides me in the development of creative strategies for resolution, while always ensuring that cases run smoothly and efficiently in order to maximize value for my clients.
Rapid growth in technology continually redefines ideas of privacy and access to information, resulting in uneven regulation and uncertainty. It is crucial to monitor developments and seek creative solutions to protect intellectual property.
