Department Attorney
Elizabeth Rice Merryweather is a litigator and a member of Nixon Peabody’s Complex Commercial Disputes practice group, with a particular focus on insurance-related litigation.
Liz has a wide variety of litigation experience, representing clients in contract disputes and business torts, as well as financial, employment, environmental and municipal law matters.
My litigation practice involves managing commercial disputes through all phases of litigation. I also work with businesses and individuals before litigation begins to strategize their best options when facing a potential lawsuit.
