Nicole Ng is an associate in the Dispute Resolution practice of Nixon Peabody CWL. She focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration in Hong Kong.
I have experience in a wide range of civil litigation matters including but not limited to matrimonial proceedings involving preliminary issues on property ownership disputes, acting for corporate employers in employment law, and Integrated owners of a commercial building in building management, debt recovery, contentious probate, and applications under the Mental Health Ordinance.
My experience in commercial law, corporate finance, and compliance during my traineeship has led me to my current focus on commercial litigation. Currently, I also work on arbitration, cross-border enforcement, and cross-jurisdiction matters by representing corporates, listed companies, and high net worth individuals.
