Guillaume Poudrier is a paralegal in Nixon Peabody’s Complex Commercial Disputes group.
I provide support to the attorneys and clients in the Complex Commercial Disputes Group and IP Litigation Group in both legal and administrative matters throughout all stages of the litigation process. I have experience providing support to attorneys and other senior paralegals, including document production review, drafting and filing motions in state court, reviewing court filings, managing case dockets, and preparing materials for arbitrations and depositions. I am also regularly involved in cases in a multilingual capacity and pro bono matters, including legal name reassignment for transgender individuals and asylum applications for Afghan and Ukrainian refugee families.
The discovery phase often remains the lengthiest and costliest phase of litigation. As e-discovery programs and software continue to become increasingly sophisticated and diverse, I am paying close attention to the emerging products that will best match the needs of attorneys and clients.
