Nahal Adler is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Affordable Housing & Real Estate group and represents clients in a broad range of sophisticated real estate transactions.
My practice focuses on assisting clients with various aspects of real estate transactions. This includes the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of affordable housing projects, complex commercial developments and mixed-use developments; title and survey review; and land use and zoning matters.
I have extensive experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, ground leases and related acquisition, disposition and financing documents for such transactions. I also have extensive experience in tax credit financing transactions.
As states, such as California, continue to attempt to address obstacles to local governmental approvals, this will drive significant changes to real estate and transportation infrastructure.
