Christian Albano is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Complex Commercial Disputes practice group. He represents individuals and corporations in a wide variety of matters.
I represent clients from a diverse range of industries in a variety of civil litigation matters in state court. I assist with all phases of litigation, with a focus on drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, responding to discovery requests, and conducting legal research.
Privacy is an issue that is currently at the forefront of companies’ and individuals’ minds. I have been following the development of issues rising from recently implemented state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and New York SHIELD Act, and their interactions with international and federal law. I aim to benefit clients by providing counsel on dealing with conflicts that are sure to arise as individuals and companies begin to navigate this rapidly evolving regulatory framework.
