Thomas A. Barnico Jr. is a member of the Government Investigations & White Collar Defense practice group, where he represents corporations, executives and professionals in government investigations and enforcement actions as well as related complex litigation.
I represent clients through all stages of government investigations and criminal and civil litigation. My prior experience as an assistant district attorney in Boston, Massachusetts, has made me not only a zealous courtroom advocate, but also an attorney who is keenly aware of how the government investigates, charges and resolves criminal cases. I have seen both sides of criminal cases, so I can effectively advise clients how best to proceed.
I see the continued aggressive expansion of government investigations into corporations and individuals.
