Andrea Chavez is an associate in the Labor and Employment group. She represents and advises employers in a wide variety of labor and employment matters.
I represent employers in litigation of employment disputes in state and federal court. I strive to assist clients in a host of areas, including harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and state wage and hour claims. I provide advice regarding labor disputes, collective bargaining agreements, and other matters regarding the National Labor Relations Board. I am also involved in all phases of litigation, from discovery and initial pleadings through dispositive motions.
I’ve been following the changing landscape regarding new technology and social media, which will raise questions of first impression and will impact employers for years to come.
