Jack Fitzgerald concentrates on personal financial and estate planning, and estate and trust administration. He is a frequent speaker on planning and tax matters and has participated as an invited speaker at continuing legal education programs of the New York State and local bar associations and the New York State Bankers Association Trust School. For many years he taught the American College’s estate planning course for Chartered Life Underwriters. He has also written for Taxation for Lawyers and Private Banker and has served as an editor of Matthew Bender’s Murphy’s Will Clauses.
