Pierce Han is a partner in Nixon Peabody’s Securities, M&A, and Corporate Transactions group, where he works with clients on a broad range of matters including federal securities laws, mergers and acquisitions, and international commercial transactions.
I regularly advise publicly traded companies on compliance with federal securities laws and stock exchange rules, SEC reporting and disclosure issues, and corporate governance matters. I also advise on public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, and SPAC (special purpose acquisition corporation) transactions.
I represent public and private clients across a broad range of industries in business acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
I serve as outside general counsel on various corporate matters including commercial agreements and licensing and distribution arrangements.
Driven by a robust IPO market and SPAC reverse merger activity, deal making reached record highs in 2021, a pace that is expected to continue into 2022.
