What do you focus on?

My practice focuses on two main areas: representing employers in employment-related litigation and providing employers with advice and counsel.

Employment Litigation

I represent employers in federal and state court matters, as well as proceedings before administrative agencies. These cases involve matters such as employment discrimination, wage and hour violations and harassment.

Advice and Counsel

I counsel employers in matters involving employee relations, leaves of absence, termination and wage and hour issues. I also consult on internal policies and practices to ensure that both are in compliance with federal, state and local employment and labor laws.

What do you see on the horizon?

With the rise of remote work and flexible work arrangements, the lines between work and personal life have become increasingly blurred. This creates challenges regarding wage and hour, data privacy and interpersonal relationships, among many other topics. While employers strive to promote flexibility to attract top talent, staying vigilant on employment matters continues to provide challenges.
