Stephen Leung is a partner of Nixon Peabody CWL. Stephen has extensive experience IPOs, M&As, corporate finance, secondary fund raising, and other capital markets transactions in Hong Kong and around the world.
I help clients raise funds through the use of the capital markets, including initial public offerings, secondary fund raisings and other transactions. In addition, I also advise Hong Kong listed companies on corporate governance and legal and regulatory compliance matters.
I have advised in investigations of listed companies by the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, the Securities and Futures Commission and other governmental agencies. I also have experience in advising companies based in mainland China and Hong Kong on commercial and other general matters involving, among others, art and culture, education, property management, construction, manufacturing, asset management, food and beverage, entertainment and events sectors.
