Maritza Martin is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Labor and Employment practice group and a member of the firm’s Occupational Safety & Health (OSHA) practice. She represents private and public companies in a variety of litigation matters. During law school, Maritza worked as a legal intern for the Government team at the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office.
I represent businesses from a diverse range of industries in a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal court and before administrative agencies. I help ensure cases run smoothly by assisting in all phases of litigation, including drafting complaints, conducting discovery and preparing for trial.
