Christopher Mooney is a partner in the Patents group. Christopher focuses his practice on strategic patent counseling, patent prosecution and patent litigation.
I counsel clients on building patent portfolios and on implementing patent strategies for offensive and defensive uses.
I have experience prosecuting patents in a wide range of technologies including wireless technologies (point-to-point radio, point-to-multipoint radio, WCDMA systems, LMDS, OFDM, QAM, TCM), semiconductor circuits, memory systems, high speed interfaces, semiconductor manufacturing processes, cryptography, software, signal processing, communications networking, search engine technologies, business methods and digital and analog circuits.
I also litigate patents. I have experience litigating patents in technology areas including wireless, microprocessor, semiconductor and RFID technologies.
As the legal landscape in patent law continues to shift, the importance of a strategic vision for obtaining a patent and enforcing a patent is more important than ever.
