Ariel H. Roth focuses her practice on intellectual property counseling and litigation. She assists clients in the protection and use of their intellectual property rights, and in the litigation of various technology-related disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
I represent and advise clients on a wide variety of IP matters, including the prosecution and enforcement of patents, trademarks, and copyrights. My practice also includes all phases of patent and technology licensing, portfolio maintenance, and strategic planning. In addition, I advise clients on the economic benefits and implications of intellectual property protection and litigation.
Much of my litigation experience focuses on patent and trademark infringement issues. Leveraging my physics background, I advise my clients in the evaluation and protection of various technologies including mechanical, materials, medical, chemical, and computer software arts.
I believe that U.S. patent and IP protections are but one step in the process, and that today's applicants must secure IP not only in the U.S., but in the global market.
