Stephanie Andersen is a Bay Area attorney who represents property-management companies, landlords, and property owners in real estate matters. Stephanie also provides counsel to property owners and tenants in litigation matters.
I focus my practice on real estate litigation, including commercial and residential matters. I represent entities and individuals in matters involving commercial and residential breach of contract, unlawful detainer lawsuits, tenant buy-out negotiations, co-ownership issues, and property management resolutions.
