Introduction
Jaimie Bombard is a real estate litigator with more than a decade of experience focusing on commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes.
My focus
I advocate on behalf of small property owners and routinely advise clients regarding their rights and options under statewide housing law, the San Francisco Rent Ordinance, and other local Bay Area rent and eviction control ordinances. I have extensive experience litigating unlawful detainer actions and regularly represent clients going out of business pursuant to the Ellis Act as well as those pursuing Owner and Relative Move-In evictions. I also handle issues related to property management, tenant buyout agreements, and matters arising before the San Francisco Rent Board.
Always dedicated to advancing my clients’ rights, I am committed to finding creative and cost-effective solutions to the difficult legal challenges Bay Area property owners face and am a firm believer in resolving appropriate cases through mutual agreement.
