- athenahealth, Inc.: Represented a cloud-based healthcare products and services provider in its acquisitions of Quatris HealthCo, LLC
- Health Catalyst: Ongoing representation of this leading provider of data and analytics technology in strategic transactions, labor and employment counseling, and commercial disputes
- Sycurio, Inc.: Representing a UK-based CX consulting company in a patent infringement case against one of its competitors in the Western District of North Carolina
- TDK Corporation: Represent a world leader in electronic solutions in connection with its acquisition of Qeexo, Co., a company engaged in the automation of machine learning for edge devices. Overhauled IP prosecution strategy to create a defensive patent portfolio for one of the largest personal electronics manufacturers in the world in response to increasing threats of litigation and demands for licensing
- UST Global Inc.: Represent a leading digital transformation solution company in numerous corporate transactions including recent strategic acquisitions to further expand UST’s automation technologies to help clients across a range of industries optimize their business processes, enhance the customer experience, and reduce operational costs
- Validity: Represented a software data analytics and email marketing company in its acquisition of an email optimization and testing software provider
- Verizon Wireless, Inc.: Ongoing representation of one of the nation’s largest wireless telecommunications companies in connection with obtaining zoning approvals for communications towers for more than 2,000 cell sites throughout New York and Pennsylvania, including appearances before zoning, planning, and town/village/city boards. NP has also served as primary land use litigation counsel at the trial court and appellate court levels to overturn denials of approvals by local boards and also to include all aspects of real estate involved in the easement and lease acquisitions of the sites.
- Leading telecommunications company: National counsel in the ongoing defense of client for various state FCA charges (MA, RI, PA, DC, MN, IA, NC, AL, GA, IL)
- Subsidiary of multinational telecommunications and Internet service provider company: Securing dismissal, with prejudice, of multiple toxic tort cases in Western District of New York, handling Investigation by the Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General; and negotiated resolution of a complicated telecommunications and construction dispute
- Fintech and digital payments clients: Represent clients deploying AI-driven financial technologies, digital asset and stablecoin payment systems, and open banking solutions and advising on regulatory compliance under developing US and EU frameworks, including Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), open banking rules, and helping structure innovative, secure, and compliant digital asset offerings and global payment arrangements
