My focus
As a member of the Litigation team, my focus is set on commercial litigation and arbitration, particularly on matters involving debt recovery, insolvency and liquidation, and cross-border enforcement. Furthermore, I have conducted litigation cases relating to various types of practice areas, including general contractual disputes, employment, and contentious probate matters.
Looking ahead
In the aftermath of the epidemic, the global political and economic climate have undergone drastic changes, presenting abundant opportunities and challenges for dispute resolution practitioners. These dynamic shifts underscore the importance of strengthening judicial cooperation and harnessing technology on a wider scale. Both are viewed as integral factors in enhancing the efficiency of dispute resolution mechanisms while navigating this new landscape.
