Nicole Crugnale works with clients to leverage tax credit financing to advance community development projects.
My focus
I focus my work on all aspects of community development finance and work closely with our attorneys and clients to ensure transactions run smoothly and efficiently by reviewing due diligence material and drafting documents. With experience in the title industry, I bring in-depth knowledge of title report and ALTA survey review, as well as five years of experience with new construction and development projects that allows me to effectively assist attorneys and clients in our matters.
Looking ahead
I closely follow new developments in the fair housing space as the need for affordable accommodations grows. Further, I look forward to promoting sustainability and reducing environmental impact as a result of the work we do with our clients.
