Amy Demanchick is a senior paralegal in Nixon Peabody’s Complex Commercial Disputes group.
Over the past decade, I have been assisting clients and attorneys in all phases of litigation and other forms of dispute resolution. I have significant experience managing both small and large e-discovery projects from inception to settlement or trial. My responsibilities include management of the discovery process on all assigned cases with an emphasis on e-discovery, collaborating with clients to gather relevant documents and electronically stored information, soliciting and engaging vendors, obtaining proposals, negotiating rates for services on large e-discovery projects, and assisting with document review and production of relevant documents.
As the volume and demand for data grow, particularly as it relates to discovery, litigation teams will need to continue to take advantage of technology to preserve, collect, and review client data. Being extremely adaptable to new technologies and focusing on using technology efficiently will allow our firm to provide the best and most cost-efficient service to our clients.
